1. เลือกหัวข้อ DUNS Number
2. Get a DUNS Number
3. เลือกหัวข้อ UFI สำหรับลงทะเบียน FDA
Submit Case : ช่อง Email ใส่อีเมลที่ต้องการลงทะเบียน -> กด Next
ขั้นตอนที่ 2
กรอกข้อมูล Contact Info ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน -> กด submit

Submit Case: In the “Email” field, enter the desired registration email -> Click “Next”.

Fill out the “Contact Info” accurately and completely -> Click “Submit”
Step 3
Click on the “DUNS Number Search” field to search
Please verify your country. If it’s correct, click “Next”
Step 4
Enter the details exactly as registered in the Contact Info. It’s crucial that they match. After that, click on “Lookup by Name/Address”
Step 5
DUNS Search: Verify the information for accuracy. If everything is correct, click “Select”
Step 6
Congratulations! Your DUNS Number registration is now complete
If you are shipping with TERRESTRIAL, it is essential to use this number for imports, including registering as an Importer of Record (IOR).
We recommend that you also register for this, even if you do not use a separate Bill of Lading (BL) for shipping.
