You can ship without booking a full container. Terrestrial offers less-than-container load (LCL) ocean freight, combining cargo from multiple exporters in one container. This option is suitable for shipments that do not fill a container. Share your carton or pallet count, dimensions, and weight so our team can check the minimum requirements and estimate your shipping cost.

Ocean freight from Thailand to the United States takes approximately 4–6 weeks to reach the Port of Los Angeles. This estimate does not include time waiting for the container schedule, customs clearance, or onward delivery to the final destination.

Pricing depends on the dimensions and weight of your cargo, pickup location, destination, and selected services. Import duties and taxes, as well as onward delivery from our U.S. warehouse to Amazon or another destination, may be charged separately. Please review what is included and excluded in your quotation before confirming your shipment.

Terrestrial can coordinate onward delivery to Amazon FBA once your goods have arrived in the United States and completed the relevant procedures. Please share the destination fulfillment center, shipment details, and any labeling or preparation requirements so our team can review the conditions and estimate additional costs.

The documents depend on your product, exporter, and importer. Our team generally asks for product information, a packing list, and the value of the goods. Some products may require additional documents or information for import into the United States. Share your product details with our team first so we can identify the documents relevant to your shipment.

Different products are subject to different restrictions and requirements, particularly goods that need special handling or contain ingredients that must be reviewed before shipping.
