Cancellation may still incur amazon charges.
Amazon may still attempt to retrieve the cargo if cancellation has been made relatively recently (within the past week). If the cancellation is done too recently, the shipment may still proceed.

Terrestrial - Pankesum will open one complimentary case pertaining to a shipment we have arranged.
The seller account must enable permission to open cases from your account for our Thailand-based team: hello@goterrestrial.com and our US-based team: sales@pankesum.com. This is because some cases are best handled by our US team. Sending us requests to open up cases through email, line, or telephone will be slower as it has to pass through additional staff that do not have the ability to open cases.
